Care managers and care coordinators from community behavioral health and substance use agencies, health homes, hospitals and clinics will have the opportunity to better understand the future role of care management, the need for person-centered care coordination, how to work within the managed care environment and the outcomes needed to promote recovery. 

​

This is an invaluable networking opportunity to meet with care managers, care coordinators, middle management, senior supervisors and executives from provider agencies for care management services. It is also a great opportunity to market your products and services to the behavioral health and substance use field.

​
